Oops! That can happen, of course. Contact us within 48 hours of your transaction so we can add your Smiles to your account. Make sure you can present a receipt or any other proof of purchase so we can award you the Smiles to which you are entitled. By the way, did you know you can also save Smiles via the Q8 smiles app?
