I did not receive any Smiles after my transaction (top-up or purchase) at QHow and where do I report this?

Sometimes a technical issue can cause your Smiles to be added later or not at all.

If this is the case please contact our Q8 smiles customer service within 48 hours of the transaction using the contact form in the app or on our website (Belgium or Luxembourg), or call our toll-free number 0800 11 323 (Belgium) or 8002 7667 (Luxembourg).

Keep your receipt or any other proof of purchase close to hand so we can award you the Smiles to which you are entitled.
