I’ve lost my Q8 smiles card. What now?

These things happen! Just apply for a new one on the Q8 smiles website or drop by one of our Q8 shops. The most practical thing to do is to download the Q8 smiles app from the App Store or on Google Play. Remember to link your new Q8 smiles card with your account so all your saved Smiles are transferred to your new card.
