Just remember to register first on the app or on q8smiles.be (Belgium) or q8smiles.lu (Luxembourg) to enjoy all the benefits.

*Transactions within the scope of commercial road transport (CRT) as well as cards subject to technical limitations** are not eligible for participation in the Q8 smiles loyalty programme. The sole exception is the DKV card that can only be used in Belgium to save Q8 smiles.
