I didn’t receive a ticket after refuelling. What should I do now?

When you refuel using the app on your smartphone, you don't get a paper ticket at the payment terminal. But you can easily find all your transactions digitally in the Q8 Smiles app; simply tap on the "Smiles" menu, followed by "Transactions". Here you will find all the details of your transaction and you can also download a copy of your ticket.
