Oops! That can be annoying. But don’t worry if this happens when refuelling. Your transaction will be completed automatically as soon as you put the refuelling nozzle back in the pump. Were you just in the middle of the transaction process? That’s no problem either. Your transaction will not be completed. Just remove the refuelling nozzle from the pump and then put it back. This way, you can be sure that your transaction has been cancelled. Afterwards, you can still refuel at the terminal using your payment or fuel card.
